Clarity Always Precedes Success
If you’ve visited my homepage at www.JunaidKajee.com the very first words you will read are, “You can’t achieve your goals without a clear strategy. I help you find clarity.” I believe clarity is possibly the single greatest precursor to success. When we know exactly what we want, it becomes much easier to work out how to get it. When we’re unsure of what we want, we may spend years, decades or even a lifetime searching for some unknown ideal which we hope will bring us the happiness we seek. Too many people spend their days and by extension, their lives in hot pursuit of nothingness. I say nothingness because working towards an unclear, undefined target will bring you nothing of substance. If you don’t know what will make you happy, how will you find it?
As simple as this may seem, when last have you sat down to list your goals? If you were given 30 seconds to list your goals for this year, would you need to think about your answers? Do you know what you want out of your life? Do you have a plan for yourself, your career, your relationships? It’s important that you assess the main areas of your life and then list the improvements or changes you would like to see over the next year or even the next 5 years. You can’t succeed if you don’t know where you’re going.
Successful people aren’t only those who’ve achieved more than others; they were successful long before they received recognition & that’s because they knew exactly what they wanted in life.
But knowing what you want is only half the formula. Do the people around you know what you want from them? This includes your spouse,children,employer/employees. If people don’t know what you want, how will they give it to you? If your instructions to an employee are muddled & unclear, be prepared for results that are going to be anything but what you wanted. If your spouse doesn’t know your vision for your life how is he/she going to help you achieve it?
Pursue clarity in every thing you do and you will be able to embrace the success you’re looking for.
