Almost everyone I come across has an idea, a dream, a hope or a plan which (if implemented) will possibly improve their life.
Here’s what I’ve noticed: The problem is not an employer treating you badly. The problem is not the abusive relationship. The problem is not a lack of money or motivation (BTW motivation is severely overrated).
Anyway, the greatest problem we have is the lack of connection between our words and our actions.
There seems to be this massive chasm which separates the achievers from everyone else. Achievers don’t lie to themselves by hoping things will work out. They know that hope is not a strategy. They know that you can’t control results but you can control the amount of effort you make and for life to be truly meaningful, we’ve got to put in MASSIVE action.
Don’t fall into the trap of believing the ambition lie – Do first and talk later.
